Fallopian Tube Cancer
specificA carcinoma arising from the fallopian tube. Most patients are postmenopausal, and postmenopausal bleeding is the most frequently seen symptom. Morphologically, the majority of fallopian tube carcinomas are serous or endometrioid adenocarcinomas.
