Stage I includes: T1, N0, M0. T1: Lesions have been divided into T1a and T1b. T1a is defined as tumor 4 cm or less in greatest dimension, limited to the kidney. T1b is defined as tumor greater than 4 cm but not more than 7 cm in greatest dimension, limited to the kidney. N0: No regional lymph node metastasis. M0: No distant metastasis.
