specificCancer has spread (1) to the main portal vein (major blood vessel that carries blood to the liver from organs in the abdomen) or to both branches of the portal vein; or (2) to the hepatic artery (major blood vessel that carries blood to the liver from the heart); or (3) to other nearby organs or tissues, such as the colon, stomach, small intestine, or abdominal wall. Cancer may also have spread to nearby lymph nodes.
