Urothelial Carcinoma Bladder

specific

A carcinoma that arises from the urothelial lining of the bladder. It is the most common morphologic type of urinary bladder carcinoma. It usually affects males in their sixth and seventh decades of life. Hematuria is the most common symptom at presentation. Pathologic stage is the strongest predictor of survival.
