Pancreatic Gastrinoma

A neuroendocrine tumor that arises from the pancreas and is characterized by the inappropriate secretion of gastrin. It is associated with Zollinger Ellison syndrome, which is characterized by the presence of peptic ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux disease, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and malabsorption.
