Laryngeal Spindle Cell Squamous Carcinoma
specificA squamous cell carcinoma that arises from the larynx. It is characterized by the presence of a malignant spindle cell cellular component. In some cases, there is a biphasic morphology due to the presence of a well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma component. The latter is either in situ or invasive squamous cell carcinoma.
