Fumarate Hydratase (FH)-Deficient Tumors
specificA rare, highly aggressive renal cell carcinoma caused by germline or (in a subset) somatic mutation of fumarate hydratase gene. It arises mostly in the setting of hereditary leiomyomatosis-renal cell carcinoma syndrome.
